Many leak location surveys and forensic/failure analyses naturally lead to an
assignment of responsibility and resulting litigation. Dr. Peggs has provided
expert witness services for several cases involving geomembranes, plastic
pipes, plastic fasteners, coatings, and fiberglass yacht hulls.
Expert witness services have also been provided at patent claim hearings and
public/legislature hearings related to GCLs, landfill liners, and fuel tank
secondary containment.
